Use
Use the site as intended. No illegal activity. No exploitation. No interference with the platform or its systems. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
Product
What you see is as close as possible to what you get. Slight differences in color, tone, or detail may exist due to lighting, screens, or production. These are not defects.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order. We may limit quantities. We may flag or cancel anything that appears high-risk. Once an order begins processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD. They may change at any time. Payment must be completed before fulfillment. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen. Orders may arrive separately.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect information provided at checkout. Once a package is marked delivered, it is considered fulfilled.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from delivery.
Items must be: Unworn. Unused. In original condition and packaging.
Anything worn, altered, or returned without approval will be denied.
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be treated as a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting evidence, including order confirmation, delivery status, and transaction data. Accounts associated with abuse or fraud may be restricted.

Everything on this site belongs to Gutter Culture. Designs. Visuals. Brand identity.
No copying, reproducing, or using anything without permission.
Conduct
Do not misuse the platform. No fraud. No abuse. No attempts to break or bypass systems.
Violations may result in removal of access and further action.
